Our Precious Walnut Tree
We have a majestic walnut tree. There is a swing hanging from its branches. This July I pickled some green walnuts and now, four months later, we're enjoying them with cheese.

Will it be finished before Christmas?
We really hope to move into Ale Farm sometime in December, fingers crossed. The external render has partially been washed off by storm Ciaran so it's been re-done. Unfortunately as it's lime it needs three days to dry, three days without rain . . . a big ask at this time of year. On the positive side, the outside is looking lovely at this time of year. We still have so much to do but we'll get on with it once we've moved in.
